Campus Director
Run the 15-acre Grow Campus day-to-day. Facilities, tenant coordination, event oversight, coworking growth. Reports to the founder. The face of the campus — investor tours, partner meetings, campus showcases.
Responsibilities
- Campus operations oversight across 15 acres
- Tenant relations for 5+ BHC entities
- Investor tour coordination and hosting
- Phase 1-3 construction oversight
Requirements
- Real estate or facilities management experience
- Multi-tenant property management
- Budget management ($2M+ campus)
- Strategic planning and leadership
Facilities & Maintenance Lead
Building systems, landscaping, security, HVAC, Phase 1-3 construction coordination. Keep 15 acres running. The person who makes sure every pipe works, every light turns on, and every trail is maintained.
Responsibilities
- Preventive maintenance programs
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems
- Landscaping and snow removal
- Equipment and security management
Requirements
- Facilities maintenance experience
- HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills
- Outdoor and winter maintenance familiarity
- Hands-on problem solver
Events & Hospitality Coordinator
Plan weddings, retreats, investor tours, THE CULT convention logistics. Fill 200+ event days per year by Y5. Venue visits, wedding tours, corporate retreat bookings. Turn 15 acres into a destination.

Coworking Community Manager
Build coworking from 10 to 50+ members Year 1. Onboarding, networking events, member retention. Grow the remote worker community that fuels the entire Settle the West pipeline.
