Run the 15-acre Grow Campus day-to-day. Facilities, tenant coordination, event oversight, coworking growth. Reports to the founder. The face of the campus — investor tours, partner meetings, campus showcases.

Responsibilities

  • Campus operations oversight across 15 acres
  • Tenant relations for 5+ BHC entities
  • Investor tour coordination and hosting
  • Phase 1-3 construction oversight

Operations

Building systems, landscaping, security, HVAC, Phase 1-3 construction coordination. Keep 15 acres running. The person who makes sure every pipe works, every light turns on, and every trail is maintained.
